You’ve found the Tri-County organization that is dedicated to putting back the “Human” in Human Resources. As a former First Lady once famously remarked about the work, we HR people do, “To handle yourself, use your head; to hand others, use your heart.”

CIPMA-HR is unique.  We exist to represent the interests of Human Resource professionals across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Louis Obispo counties.  We would be thrilled to be a resource for you and cordially invite you to one of our popular Lunch ‘n Learn bi-monthly meetings.  Come for the knowledge, stay for the buffet!  And the networking.  You’ll meet a range of fellow HR pros who will engage with you as we all learn from one another.
